The location is excellent if attending an event at the 02. Friendly and helpful staff in all areas; front desk, concierge, domestic, waiters etc etc. Our room was big, modern, comfortable, clean, with a large window overlooking the Thames. Both my friend and I were very impressed and this hotel will be our “go to” for future 02 events.

Very good breakfast with plenty of choice and quality produce Executive lounge had a good choice of food The hotel was located near to the town and the river making it easy for walking Overall this hotel was very clean and tidy with good amenities

I didn’t like the fact that you had to pay for parking when the hotel was surrounded by car parking slots. I was informed that this was because they had been sold off to a private company I was annoyed that there was an extra £3 charge for poached eggs Even though it was stated food and drink was available in the executive lounge from 6-9 the food was removed at 8

Given how new the hotel is and the price I was surprised by how worn and dirty some things were.Like seating in restaurent area and chairs in room The shower was backing up the drain.

It would be good given the long ramos up to the terminal for an 80 yr old to pull a suitcase for trolleys to be available at the hotelI got one the night before and brought it down - a palaver

Utterly disappointed that the only "dolphin view" from inside Dolphin Views Swallow Cottage was if you stood and looked through a 12 inch round porthole window. The sofa faces a wall where the view behind would be breathtakingly beautiful if a window was placed to see it. While a bench is placed on the patio to sit and watch the view, if it is blowing a force nine gale it would be pleasant to watch that view from the cosy cottage. It is very misleading to say Dolphin View when in fact there is none from inside...!!!

There was a refurbishment of a half of the hotel in progress, very loud noises all around. They didn't communicate this with us before we arrived and we were travelling with 9m old baby.. We stayed for 3nights - the room was not cleaned once! And we had to ask for change of the towels..
