This hotel says class when you enter the reception. The furnishings are very tasteful and stylish. My room was just lovely. The bed was a good size and I had a trouser press and an iron and board! The bathroom had a walk in shower. It was a bit tired but it's a very old property so I wasn't expecting modern. There were toiletries provided. Dinner that evening was really good and Olly was a great waiter. Breakfast was very good with loads of choice on the buffet and on the menu. The pastries were scrummy! Our waitress, Sophie?, was brilliant! All in all a lovely stay and I'm looking forward to my stay next week on the way back home from Cornwall

The property is located in a beautiful little village and directly across the road from one of 3 eateries. We enjoyed a lovely walk to the waterfalls which was beautiful. As soon as you walked into the property, it felt so cosy and welcoming. The decor in each room was beautiful and all very well thought out. The property was very clean and had clearly been kept up to date. I had forgotten to buy coffee and to find sachets was a good added bonus! Just to add, my daughter left her teddy and the staff went above and beyond to make sure she had it back safely. 😊

Staff member that greeted us was very friendly and helpful; she was great with my toddler and even carried him part way up the stairs. Our room had a huge deep bathtub. There was lots of space for me and my son. Beautiful view of the church nearby. The door code made it simple to drop in and out. We were close to the local park and near the beach. The fridge was very helpful for us to buy our own food. Only about 10 mins walk from the train station. Overall very happy and would stay here again when I come to Skegness.

This place is a dream. Our stay (with a 6 months old baby) was just perfect. The cottage was super clean and the location: wow. Falling asleep on the bed looking the fields at the sunset is priceless. The owner, living close by is extremely friendly and nice. The area is beautiful and there is plenty of things to see and do. We are planning to go back in the winter to enjoy the log burner.

Absolutely brilliant apartment a lot bigger than first expected,,tucked away in a quiet street but so so easy to access everything,, very very clean & tidy couldn't fault it very hot showers, very comfortable beds , loved the private entrance & space for shoes coats etc ,, absolutely loved the little private terrace definitely recommend & I'll be back in the future

Our only and very slight criticism was the lack of hooks to hang towels and nowhere in the shower to stand shampoo etc

There was a road work repairing street just in front of my room and it was unfortunate coincidance with my stay and some noisy mornings.
