The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

The breakfast was good. The pub meal was okay, but limited in choice and quantity. Nigel was exceptional in his friendliness and help. He stored our bags and brought them to the train station in time for us to catch the train in the afternoon. This meant that we did not have to drag them around with us all day or walk up the hill to collect them before leaving. We were most grateful for this. The town of Ware was far more interesting than we originally anticipated.

The shower was small, and the shower rose needed de-calcifying. There was no towel rail, so we had to improvise to hang the towels so that they would dry.

It was very clean. Fantastic power shower. The location was great for a business event at the Exhibition Centre and close to the Albert Dock for places to eat and drink. Comfortable beds, everything working as expected. Spacious apartment as well.

The check in instructions didn't tell you where the lock boxes were. Paying the security deposit was difficult, helpline number not always answered, there should be a way to do that online. Kitchen poorly equipped, no washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets or anything so you'd have to buy your own stuff just to wash up if you used things. Come on guys, you can surely provide some fairy liquid? Someone entered our apartment on the first morning we were there - maybe housekeeping? They did not knock, someone just unlocked the door and walked in. It was 2hrs before the time they said housekeeping would come.

On-site parking was good, and the location was very convenient. The apartment was well-equipped, and the supermarkets were conveniently located to walk to. We also walked to the Museum in the town.

Simply wonderful—this experience not only exceeded my expectations but also the description on the Airbnb profile. Got the perfect host: friendly, helpful, and kind. He truly makes you feel welcomed.

Picturesque area of Carmarthenshire. Best value for money out of the hotels/guest rooms all around. Decent amount of parking. Room was clean. Pretty view from the window. Good blackout curtains.

A bit outdated decoration and television. Room was not soundproofed and I could hear everyone passing by my door. Breakfast was not good and limited vegetarian options. I was a bit surprised to have to walk through someone's living room to get to the guest room.

Unifortunately although I was a member of IHG I had booked through an agency so no points could be allocated for my stay..

We received a message the day before stating “check in from 3pm, if you would like to explore the city leave your luggage in reception” but no mention of the £15 charge for leaving luggage. When we went to check in on our booking it said check out was at 12pm but upon checking in on the iPad it was an extra £50 to extend the checkout stay. We knew the rooms were small like a “pod” however our fire alarm went off after having a shower which was quite embarrassing. No mention or sign anywhere to tell you not to open the door after having a shower so the steam doesn’t come out. The next morning, after paying £50 for late check out, we had a knock at the door at 10:10am saying we needed to check out and they needed to clean the room. I showed my payment receipt but we got ready and left anyway. Our room was in the middle of nowhere. It was not simple to get from the lift round to our room either. The hotel must of had over 1,000 rooms but it felt like we were in a dungeon somewhere.
