Location was good. Flat was good to sleep in for a night or 2. Good value for money.

Flat was a little compact and needed some attention. (Bath panel, kitchen doors, no tea towel, in the instructions we needed to wash pots dry and put away, no plug in kitchen sink, plug socket hanging of the wall behind tv. Blinds could do with a wash. Some dusting needed doing also. Main living room light dusting. Neighbours were playing very loud music that shook the building with their base until after 11pm. In the instructions we were given it said "not to touch the switches ankle height at the side of the door entrance", unfortunately these switches were turned off therefor no hot water until we realised we had to turn them on to get hot water. Also could have done with a couple of small towels for the bathroom for drying hair. Having said all this, we just needed a bed to sleep in.

Heating was too hot. The restaurant temperature was uncomfortable so after eating we took our drinks to sit by an open window in the adjoining room. Staff couldn’t open a window or turn radiator down. The bedroom (no 8) was uncomfortably hot despite radiator being off as bathroom one was even to hot to touch and was on all night.

Advertised 2 bathroom, but only 1. Advertised parking, then was told parking at night, but sign says permit required, no permit so paid for expensive parking. £25 for 12hrs. Bedroom was advertised as 2 doubles. It was double and room with 3 singles. Suited our group, but not if 2 couples.
