The check in and check out instructions and process was so easy. I really appreciated this.The location was quiet, which I greatly appreciated. The place was v clean, well maintained , warm and had all I required. The bed was very comfortable spacious. it had a kitchen that had all one would need to cook a meal if you wanted to. It was a great excellent place to stay at. I am very grateful.

Just a gentle reminder to ensure the bath gel is refilled. I had my own shower gel so it did not matter. Its just a v small issue that I was affected by as all the various positives outweighed this v small issue

Great location on Petticoat Lane. Good flat with all the facilities you might need. not luxurious but more than adequate for an overnight work stay near the City. Host was very welcoming and fully explained the reception process.

There was mould on the first bedroom window and blinds and I have asthma so found my breathing god worse on the second night then I found the mould. Also the single bed in the living room could be a sofa bed or a more suitable bed for an adult not a child

The tram station was 4 min walking distance. The sauna was small but always hot and empty.

Where do I begin?… The hotel is old, the rooms are even older… my room looked unclean. The floor was covered with a carpet that has never been washed or so it seemed. Had to wear my sleepers all the time. The sofa was disgustingly dirty. The toilet always smelled badly! Here and there I was constantly finding hair!.. The gym is small and smelly. I would never give 4 stars to this Novotel. Other Novotels I had stayed in the past were much much better! Extremely overrated & overpriced!
