Stayed here last year. Room much better than I remembered or got a better sized room. Everything is clean and functional ideal for a short stay. Very close to train station and short walk to coach station. Communal area for making coffee includes a microwave. Very friendly staff but not there before 3.00 pm

Only 2 coats hangars. I found bed was a bit uncomfortable which is unusual for me.

Reasonably well appointed but the TV was extremely poor for the first few days. All of the other facilities were acceptable

The communication with the property manager is exceptionally poor. I say this for a number of reasons: 1. I asked a number of questions on how we would access the property before leaving from home and not once did I get a straight answer 2. The responses they give are only via the Booking.com messaging system even thought they give a direct email. If you are travelling whilst you may have SMS available one doesn't necessarily have internet access. 3, They give a phone number to ring but no one ever answers it no matter what time of day one may try

The staff made me wait an hour at checkin then downgraded me to a room which was worth less than the room I prepaid for.

All good except WiFi. Impossible to connect.

A little card on the table said 'Relax. WiFi is free' but I tried 3 times to fill in the necessary Marstons online form and pressed 'submit'. It didn't submit. This is the first time in all the places where we have stayed - the first time there has been such a difficult /impossible way to connect to the WiFi. Marston, please get this sorted!
