My stay at Park Manor Hotel was very enjoyable. I was walking the Cleveland way, I needed to dry all my clothes. The receptionist offered to dry them all for me with no charge. Staff were great breakfast was very good. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent location for most of the tourist sites and restaurants. Very useful to have free parking. Perfect size flat for the three of us, well furnished and attractive.

Kitchen could be better equipped especially needs more cutlery. Also requres some maintenance checks - master bedroom bathroom fan not working, new bulb in bedside lamp, some blinds damaged. Minor faults but could be better.

Our room was in a basement. Tiny and painted in dark grey..There was no chair, no desk, and little space at all. Indeed, I believe the bathroom, which was nice, was possibly larger than the bedroom. It was approached along a dark corridor with nothing on the walls, no artwork, nothing just dark grey walls. The one window was next to the garden but was at the basement level, so the view was largely of a wall. On sunny days, the garden was serving drinks, and music was playing, so sleep was impossible. There was no air conditioning, just a noisy fan. Breakfast and other meals, with the exception of the Japanese restaurant, which we didn't try, were served in a marquee at the front of the building full of plastic plants. We only took breakfast as it was not a very comfortable environment, and once again, intrusive rap type music was playing. In fact, the music never seemed to stop! Breakfast itself was OK, not bad, but nothing special.
