Location, people! A huge part of why we enjoyed our stay in London so much was the apartment. Below street level, bright, nicely decorated and safe feeling (a security guard stationed in a car in the street for most of the day and night) in a part of London I could only have dreamed about living in when I once resided there. A short walk to Sloane Square station which gets you everywhere, and Knightsbridge on the Piccadilly Line for Heathrow. A short walk from a Sainsburys Local too. A washing machine and dishwasher were also most welcome.

All this loveliness yet we were provided with two towels and one tea towel. And that was it. If the towels had been fluffy, or new it would’ve been slightly better, but they were the kind of towels I use to towel my dog off with after a bath. Grey, threadbare and sad. And worse - one was a bath sheet and one was a normal size. We had to fight over who wanted their bits covered when we wrapped up after a shower. The bathroom drains were a bit slow draining, but not enough to bother me.

The house beautifully appointed with quality products throughout, easily accessible to the city centre with a fabulous courtyard area. The hosts were great nothing was too much trouble and even provided some complementary wine and fresh produce which was an unexpected bonus. Would stay again when we are in Exeter

Excellent location close to the city centre. Room was clean, and an electric kettle, tea, and crisps were provided. Receptionists were nice. The ceiling was high, making the room feel quite spacious.

It was v clean overall but the bath tub was not clean enough for me. I specially picked this hotel by filtering for swimming (for my kids). However, it was adult only so i couldn’t use.

The bar add a service charge to every order. It’s not table service. If you order food they do bring it over but having to queue for a drink and then a service charge is just wrong to me.
