There was a lot of noise banging and crashing maybe a staff party or something on all night and by 4am people were arguing and slamming doors. We had to keep the fan on and tv all night to drown out the noise and had asked for a quiet room! Also issues parking, but otherwise great potential and breakfast was fine and lady who served us was lovely.

The host was fantastic. We booked at the last minute and they were extremely responsive and helpful. Even recommended an Indian Takeaway, which was great! Super comfortable beds and the pillows were better than mine at home :). Hot water lasted for all 5 of us to shower in the morning, which was a bonus too! Thank you for looking after us.

For the price of the room we paid for we got a great deal in terms of a quiet house place to sleep for the night at a really great location on Manchester for one night. Close proximity to the 02 Apollo which is a walkable distance.

Its location is very nice, close to New Street Train Station and surrounded by restaurants and night life! There’s tons to do around if you feel like walking.

"The hotel" is essentially a pub that rents rooms upstairs. While the rooms were well cleaned, there are a few aspects they should disclose beforehand. Firstly, there are no lifts to the 1st and 2nd floors, so guests should bear this in mind, especially considering the staircase is very steep. Additionally, the proximity to main roads caused some noise disturbances, which might affected my stay.

No shower as in our 80s the Barth was not suitable to get to the bathroom in the night step was steep with no handrail to get to the bathroom

Great location for Tooting Bec and Balham. Apartment was tidy, quiet and well set up. Good TV options (netflix etc)

There is scaffolding at the moment as the block is being worked on so it looks a bit scruffy but fine once inside.
