Good sized room with large bathroom . Comfortable beds. I used the restaurant on our Sunday night stay and our menu choices were excellent . Attentive waiting staff but not overbearing. Also being able to just walk from the hotel after breakfast ( which was a very extensive buffet) straight to the terminal, took away so much travel stress. Will stay here again next time I am flying out of Heathrow

The cottage was very good and clean and perfect for what we wanted and the host was fine and friendly. Only problem was we thought that we were getting breakfast service as well, but that was only for folks staying in the BnB part. So we had to find breakfast outside which was a bit challenging, but the chalet was fine for what we needed

Staff were great. The hotel itself is a bit random tbh. Kind of a garrison castle turret with US style outward facing motel style rooms added on. Always makes me smile. Rooms clean though and the reception staff were lovely.

We didn't eat in the bar, it felt kinda dark and a bit grubby and deserted tbh. Just needs a good deep clean/refit and some light in the place. But i am splitting hairs here - it was fine.

We were guests at a wedding and the venue was beautiful 😍 staff at reception were lovely along with the new female being trained who will fit in great.

We liked everything, my wife and I have stayed several times before and knew what to expect. Although a fridge in our room would have been better to chill our drinks and the use of fresh milk instead of the the little tubs. However this does not take away our enjoyment and is not a criticism.

The shower was just a dribble and it was cold both in the afternoon and in the morning. Having booked a family room without breakfast, it was disappointing to be charged an extra £20 when an additional guest joined me

Very central. Parking opposite the hotel was close by and free.

Twin room was very small. People were sitting directly outside on the sunny day we checked in and we could hear everything and they could probably hear us! Sunday evening - no food available - not just in this hotel but the whole of Chipping Norton!
