The holiday home was immaculate, with lovely finishing touches. The welcome basket with cornish cream tea, coffee, and milk on arrival was a wonderful bonus. Towels and even doggy towels included was lovely, too. You can tell no expense was spared when the hosts decorated and added touches to the caravan. It had all the essentials plus more. The site was also lovely, and the little farm corner was lovely for the kids to enjoy, and it had a fab playground and lakes for fishing too, we didn't test the pool as it was out of season, but hopefully we can try that next time. The beds were super comfy. Overall, it was a brilliant stay, and we will definitely return, Elaine and Peter really have gone the extra mile!

This accomodation is in perfect location, and its perfectly clean, with comfortable bad :) Please be aware that during late evening you can here loud music from opposite side of the street but for us it was not any problem and we slept very well (someone who is sensitive might be happy to sleeep with earplugs)but it was not anything what could make our stay worse or uncomfortable.We were very happy that all worked perfect...comunication with Indigi flat team, check in , all as hot water, heating etc worked perfectly ! We thank to the Indigo flat Team for our very comfortable stay and we are happy to share good experience with this accomodation which made our visit of London perfect:)))

The apartment was in a great location, it was spacious and well equipped, having the parking is good and the instructions sent over were great (they were missing where the keys were, but we found them in the end) Beds were comfortable but small, it did say when booking that in bedroom 2 was a extra large bed, but there wasn't they were both small and being 6ft 3in of heavy set , my feet hung over the end and me and the wife had to cuddle up lol. Kitchen was great with lots of extras, including 2 air fryers, so if wanting to cook it is great. balcony was nice, it was warm so good to be able to open the door to let air in. overall a nice place with a couple of issues

the main bathroom door was broken, it looked like it had been kicked in from the outside, some parts could do with a little updating. when booking it said it had a extra large double bed in one of the rooms but it didn't, the beds were small. the biggest issue for us was the person above, they did not sit still for 2 whole days, they walked very heavy and i mean very heavy, they started at 5am above the bedroom and was constantly walking back and forward which was so bad it woke us up and could get back to sleep, during the day same above the lounge, BUT this is not the hosts fault at all and couldn't be helped,

Very warm, friendly welcome. Clear instructions about the room facilities and the process of breakfast. The bed was incredibly comfortable - I’m tempted to ask for the make, and the downie was a perfect weight. Good supply of hot water and good wifi connection. Nice and close for the Garden of Cosmic Speculation.

I travelled with my in-laws and 3yr old son, there was enough space and appliances for everyone. Beds are very comfortable and everything clean. Would definitely return to the same place.

Despite leaving a card at reception we had to mess about when we had our evening meal as they restaurant couldn't see a card registered. We were also overcharged when we left, which was sorted but it was a bit disappointing

The bed was comfortable the location is incredible. Cheapest option last minute to stay in the centre of Brighton.

There was absolutely no toilet paper in any of the bathrooms from 11pm until checkout the next morning. That is absolutely wild behaviour for a Friday night / Saturday morning. Also the walls are so thin you can hear people as though they’re in the same room as you (literally everything so be mindful and aware). Also hardly any plugs? Had to unplug the telly and wifi so we could charge our phones.

Hidden charge after making a non-refundable payment. You need to pay either £40 for damage waiver, or still have to pay £10 and let them hold you £5,000 against your card. In their property information, they didn't mention the amount, also misleading information about the refundable deposit while you still have to pay that £10 "processing" fee. The amount is small but is definitely makes you feels not comfortable. Better to have all information clear and transparent. Complicated ID check including sending your sensitive information here and there.

The room and hallway smelled stale and musty, someone had been smoking in the room. The decor was weird to say the least. The last person's soap block was still there amd dirty. The bed was terrible. Don't know how the sign outside said 4 stars. I would say it should have been 2 at a push. Very disappointed after a long day travelling.

The room was very hot and didn't have any air-conditioning the lowest you could turn it was 19 and the TV was very basic no Internet and basic channels
