The hotel is in a great location for The town,the beach and there is a lovely park facing it too.Its still kept all its Georgian style,our room was so spacious and comfortable,the staff were lovely and friendly too.

Unfortunatley the restaraunt wasnt available so we had to go elsewhere to eat which was a shame,but there was a bar which was open 24 hours

I was disappointed because of a mistake I made. I requested first floor and they gave it to me. Unfortunately, it turns out in the UK, Ground floor would have been the correct choice.

The location is poor. There is no sign to say that it's the hotel, just the address. So when you press the buzzer there is no immediate answer. It doesn't even show on maps that it's a hotel. I panicked that I had been scammed. It was only when another guest had come down was I able to check that I was in the right place!

The smell of weed,drugs in corridor on second floor. As we came out of the lift and this was also noted by another couple.l reported it to reception on Saturday evening immediately. The responce for the duty reception was not acceptable as he said that it must be someone who walk along the corridor. You have a strict no smoking policy and censors in rooms.Maybe in corridors cameras or sensors are needed now.

The swimming pool was not included despite advertising it as a facility. The pool area changing rooms smelt of mold and mildew and were slimy underfoot and very unpleasant. The room was basic and the beds were small and not comfortable. The bedroom doors were very loud and the noise carried into the rooms so there was slamming and banging all night. We requested a late checkout and were told it was £10 per hour. We woke up in the morning to no hot water. We called reception and they were "aware". They offered the use of the leisure complex. Overall it was a very expensive disaster.
