I was extremely pleased with all the facilities in this hotel, it definitely exceeded my expectations! Very convenient for Baker Street tube, only a short walk away. The staff member doing the check-in was very friendly. There was a small desk and two chairs in the entrance. The room was spacious & clean, the towels and bedding were great. I was delighted to find the room had A/C (other hotels on this street do not) and the room was lovely and cool. There was an iron, an ironing board, a safe, tea & coffee making facilities and even a small fridge in the wardrobe! Wonderfully surprised!! I will definitely book this hotel again when I'm next in this area.

I don't think the hairdryer in the bathroom was working but I had my own one with me so it wasn't an issue.

The apartment is really very nice, modern, spacious, well equipped and well furnished. The location is very convenient, very near to the metro and station connected to the main airports, and a few stops from the centre.

I had two issues that could have easily been solved. I informed the reception with a call and an email but nobody helped me nor tried to solve the problems. One of the problem was that the dishwashing machine did not switch on, I discovered only two days later that there was a main switch hidden in a cupboard. It would have been very easy to tell me to look in the cupboard for the switch, but nor the man at the reception, nor the maid told me, and nobody replied to my email. The other one was the remote control of the TV not working. The maid changed the batteries but nothing happened, she said that someone would come to change it, but nobody appeared for 4 days. Also in my opinion the cleaning should be done every 3 days and not every 4 days, or at least they should provide some cleaning tools and detergent for the bathroom and the kitchen nd a vacuum cleaner.

Very spacious and everything you need. We didn’t use the living room as the kitchen is large and has a sofa, tv and dining table. Danny replies to messages quickly and a great host. Would highly recommend.

Nothing. I didn’t like but as we were in a group of mature ladies and one has mobility issues we had to get a cab to the centre however it is only a 15 minute walk so not a problem otherwise.

A very warm welcome, lovely place, comfortable bed, private bathroom with amazing bath, tasty and filling breakfast in the morning, and a cute resident Spaniel!

Room was dirty. Didn’t look like it had been hoovered. The dust was unbelievable. It quite obviously had not been dusted for a very long time. The bedside lamp was thick with dust, the tv remote was filthy and I have no words to describe the ceiling fan.

Parking was limited to first come on street parking. No curtains at windows so bedrooms too light to sleep well with only blinds The upstairs apartment was booked by another group of women. A hen party who used the accommodation to celebrate. They were noisy, knocking on our door and window to the bed room and playing loud vibrating music through the day and all evening and into the early hours.The walls are thin and they were like a herd of elephants above us. They were outside the front doors on the street bawling and shouting. The whole weekend. It became frightening and we felt unsafe and left to stay with relatives for our last evening. I felt quite ill with the vibrations setting of vertigo symptoms. When I stripped the beds my daughter s bed had no protector on it and the mattress was disgusting either old stains. The thermostat on the wall did not do its job and the heat was uncomfortable also leading to two no sleep, too hot , too noisy and too bright and finally feeling insecure. Also the television system was infuriating as so slow and constant intermittent flow to programs as downloading was inadequate.
