The hotel is located right on the front and a close walk to the the Pier. Staff were great, very welcoming. The room had recently been refurbished to a high standard and what is most important to me, the bed was super comfy.

Creaky floorboards in the room but very hard to avoid this given the age of the hotel. The walk to the rooms, we were given two options we choose the route across the car park which was a little odd.

The property is a hidden gem. Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The garden is gorgeous to sit in and the bar is really nice too

Check in went smoothly and appreciated the desk staff arranging a taxi for us. Room was clean enough and functional.

Location is poor and little signage as to how to enter the building with the renovation works going on. Staff whilst helpful enough when you talked to them did not seem to want to engage and were not very friendly. But most of all extremely, extremely overpriced for what is essentially a budget hotel.
