I need to lodge a complaint the staff was inhuman and stole £50 not providing a bed booked for 3 days. He was drunk and unprofessional leaving me in the street all night. It is a disgrace to see a member stealing all my money. I urgently need a refund of £50 and compensation of £50

Meeting a drunk manager saying do not come in. The staff did not propose a suitable bed on the low level I booked two extra days on the right level and made the effort of coming back at 3 pm. Shockingly when I came to sleep the manager to cover his mistake wanted to call the police I was shocked that he was shouting ' I do not want to see you' He should be sacked for being racist and unprofessional and jailed for no respect and stole my money while completely drunk.

Everything is really nice. Suzanne is very friendly and helpful. She knows what's on and can recommend food options in the nearby pubs and restaurants. Will definitely be staying here again if (or when) next in the area.

Spacious home, with room for three adults. Comfy couch and living area, spacious kitchen. In close proximity to supermarkets and walkable to downtown Leicester. Really nice new bathroom!

Carpets needed cleaning, and kitchen was pretty disappointing. Really bad pots and pans for cooking and an oven that didn't work. Seems like parts of the house were renovated, but still needs some love.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room. It was small but nicely presented, perfect for an over night stay whilst travelling. The staff were exceptionally friendly.

I booked a twin room, accessible, however on arrival at the hotel I was allocated an accessible room but found it had a double bed, reception very kindly swapped for a twin room explaining that all accessible rooms had double beds. Not all disabled persons are married to their carers, hence the request for a twin accessible room. Consequently using the bathroom was problematic. The hotel was excellent staff very professional and helpful, in every way except one the hotel was faultless. Sad to say I will not be booking Days inn again.
