  Superb breakfast with full selection of hot and cold choices, really really good. Room was very well furnished with en suite bathroom and all modern fixtures and fittings. June, the host was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The B&B is in a beautiful location in a working farm setting, all in all a very enjoyable stay.

  Really comfortable and just what we needed for 2 adults and 3 children. Easy access to O2 from Canning Town which was less than 10 minutes away. Giuseppe had great communication keeping in touch and being available throughout if needed. Really clean throughout and tea, coffee, hot chocolate and milk provided which was a bonus!

  Spacious, well equipped and lovely setting with easy parking. Could be improved with a mirror fixed above the sink and one in the bedroom for drying hair.

  Bed linen and towels had dog hairs on them. Host changed these once informed but these still had some hairs. Host will wash them separately from own laundry in future.

  the manager at the bar in the evening didnt help the poor barman out at all, as useful as a chocolate tea pot, the manager had no idea what he was doing! there was a big queue waiting to be served and he did his best to make himself look busy, I think he thought serving drinks was below him! The barman did an excellent job in very difficult circumstances
