Though the checkin is self-completed there were some staff in the shop area (during working hours) to assist with anything if needed. Otherwise the communication before checkin with door codes, etc. was very easy and convenient. The aparto itself was comfortable, clean and quiet. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice aparto style accommodation in Porto with nice restaurants close by (for dine-in or takeaway).”

  The kitchen was a nice size. It had everything needed to meet family needs at mealtimes, nice space to sit at the table as a family. The living room was clean and tidy, with plenty of dvds for entertainment, plus free WiFi, which is handy. The bedrooms were a nice size. Everywhere was spotlessly clean in the entire house. The hosts were only a txt away to help with anything you might need.

  The sofa in the living room was not as advertised. It looks big and spacious, yet it's very uncomfortable and quite low, that's something to bare in mind, especially if you have couples of the older generation staying 😊 The taps turn, giving you water temperature the opposite way around. The shower and sink are separate from the toilet, which I have to say, not a fan of, but after saying that, it's not really an issue, again very clean and tidy. The outside garden space was nice but not enough seats to accommodate a family of four, especially if you are staying for the whole week. On the whole, the property is really lovely, very clean and tidy, smelt clean and fresh throughout.

  The steep stairs make it unbearable at time, but the friendly staff made everything extra-comfortable. Our phone conked out while waiting for Bolt/Uber, the receptioniat named Mr Pratesh go beyond his way by charging our phone and helped monitoring our luggages outside. We could never thank him enough!
