After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

A very spacious roo, with a wardrobe, sink in room, small fridge. Lovely fellow room mates. Clean toilets. Even a comfortable lift as it was on the 3rd floor.

It would be a good idea to provide eggs, at least boiled eggs for breakfast.

The owners were very helpful and on arrival meet us and showed us around. Lovely place and would visit again

On first attempt it’s out of the way but adds to the charm once there

Overall we enjoyed the stay and liked how easy it was to check in considering how last minute we booked.

After check in we didn’t have no communication from the hosts. We asked them several questions which was read by host and ignored. And the cleaner had the cheek to show up early and pester us to leave. He was like an annoying fly I just wanted to swat!!!

Good location. Vanessa on reception was nice and really helpful when we needed to change rooms

Everywhere smelled awful. Musty in the bar, urine near the toilets. Strong smell of rubber on the 3rd floor, felt nauseous. We had to purchase internet individually at £7.00 each. The room was £92, and parking was £13, so not cheap for this old, dated hotel. The room did not have a working tv and the toilet did not flush. Luckily it was easy to change rooms.

Nothing, it was advised as three star …. Laughable no way!

It’s very aged and needs to be upgraded. Expensive bar as it has a captive audience.

It was very clean, comfortable, and lovely decorated.

We booked a room with ensuite but We could not figure out how to use the hot water in our shower. No instructions and could not get help from staff. So we had to use the shared bathroom. Check in time closing at 6.00pm. We arrived 1hr late and the staff member was polite. I feel it is a little unfair to expect people to be there by 6.00.

Location. Smart, clean and well presented throughout

The spa facilities were disappointing. The jacuzzi wasn’t working and the salt room was stale smelling. The sea view suite was a perculiar layout, I prefer open plan for a suite. Not self contained bedroom and separate lounge. Staff were complaining about colleagues lack of experience and poor quality food coming out of the kitchen
Positive section of review
Fridge and microwave in room, outside seating area.
Negative section of review
Noise from main road, tea and coffee making facilities confusing-tea bags mixed up, coffee machine had wrong capsules.
