This is our second time at this hotel, and we were made very welcome again. The room was lovely and clean. Very comfortable throughout. It has a massive bath and walk-in shower. It also has a fantastic view of the ships that dock there. Will definitely be going again.

The view was great, location near Fort William is very convenient and close to everything, the host and staff were very nice and friendly. Good parking space, good internet.

The shower heater was very noisy, there was no soap, water looked not very clean. Battery in bathroom didn't work. The worst breakfast I ever had during our 10 days trip, the cheapest orange juice, overcooked bacon, undercooked hashbrown, all was very oily.

The view was great to wake up to! The location was perfect for me and my daughter. The property was well equipped and clean. No problem finding parking.

We could hear every step from the people in the apartment upstairs and was kept awake one night from constant moving! We used the sofa bed, which wasn't comfortable, and were charged an additional fee which I was not aware of before booking and paying.

We had to ask for towels, these never arrived. We had a family room but only had 1 cup so couldn't enjoy a cup of coffee together again when we asked nothing happened. There was various strange comings and goings throughout the night and with the window stuck open we didn't get a good night's sleep. We heard shouting , banging and smelt drugs. There was never anyone on the front desk. On arrival the staff seemed great but after that there was very little care or attention

A marsdon pub without any of there beer inn was strange. Also was told kitchen shut at 8-30 so came down at 7-50 for food to be told kitchen was closed. Had to then go out and find food. The second night we for food earlier and it was lovely
