What's not to like?! Probably one of the nicest places I've stayed! From start to finish, everything was perfect! Amazing hosts Tania and Jon could not have been more welcoming and eager to make sure we had everything we needed. The whole house was beautiful with such attention to detail in every room and the garden. The bedroom was gorgeous (twin room), very homely with everything you could need, very comfy beds, kettle, hairdryer, heater, fans (which were needed) and a fabulous shower and even bath robes and nice big bath towels! The breakfasts were 100% the best I've had in a hotel, I tried the full english and the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, both cooked to perfection 👌 Thank you so much for looking after us so well, I can't recommend this place enough! Stay there! It will be the best decision you make!! 😁

Warm friendly welcome clean room with plenty tea coffee sugar and milk & biscuits and bottles of water in room comfy bed lovely big fluffy towels brilliant shower best breakfast in Blackpool huge full English tea coffee orange or apple juice lots of different cereals pancakes or croissants jam's or marmalade yogurts and lovely fresh fruit caz is a lovely man who can't do enough for you very honest as my Husband left his wallet in the room got a call as were driving back to Scotland to tell us his wallet was still in bedroom can't wait to return 😊

Beautiful place, used as a stopover but wish we had more time to explore and will definitely be back. Really nice, cosy and clean room, well equipped, good location from what we saw, fabulous stars once the cloud cleared and nice fresh breakfast options.

Great location, close to train station, and close to the centre via the York museum garden that is opposite the hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable, well stocked mini bar and good range of quality toiletries in the bathroom

The person we met to collect the keys was lovely but communication prior to our arrival was very poor.

Couldn’t connect any devices to the internet that couldn’t scan a QR code which was hopeless for laptops etc. No washing up liquid but we were expected to wash dishes. Poor quality pillows and duvet. Extremely noisy extraction system which had to be turned off to stop CONSTANT knocking sounds. There were no light bulbs in any of the lamps. The blinds in the bedroom were poor and let daylight in from very early in the morning. TV didn’t work , none of the channels were programmed, none of the’Smart TV’ functions worked.
