The property was very nice and comfortable., it was well equipped with comfy beds and nice clean linens and plenty of kitchen utensils, the washer drier was great.. A starter of tea, coffee, sugar etc and cleansing and bathing products was a very nice extra touch.

I did not like the location I felt very uncomfortable at night round the back of the property, it was also very noisy even very early in the morning with people starting work in the surrounding units, I do not like to wash up in the sink so I bought a washing up bowl and left that for future guests a dish drainer would also have been nice, as there is a charge of £100 for cleaning I will also mention that the freezer was unusable as it was packed solid with ice and the drawers would not open, and the grill pan had not been inspected as it was full of crumbs.

the quality of food and the service were good. The rooms and en suite facilities were excellent. Car parking good although a little awkward to access (but who cares!!). The menu for evening meals was varied and a great choice.

Thought I was getting shower only but actually got a bath so was thrilled about that! Super nice staff!

After bath there was pipe noises and we thought it would go but didn't till maintenance got in,in the mroning . Staff offered to move room and late check out but we needed to leave early so they gave us breakfast which was very kind of them

The room was terrible, dingy, not clean, very tired and it was unsuitable for having a baby with us. The bathroom was quite frankly disgusting. Exposed pipes, no care in design or thought of rooms. Trucking up to the top floor with a baby, would not recommend

Shower handle didn't work. Water was stuck on red hot and couldn't stand underneath it. Outside the bins were full and unsightly. Room was very small.
