The location was nice , not too far from everything we needed . The breakfast was delicious . Good gluten free options for my partner . We will definitely be back if we are in the area again . The bed was so comfy and it’s very quiet considering our room was at the front .

Good choice if food at tge help yourself buffet and on the made to order menu. Coffee is average and only semi-skimmed milk available, although a couple of dairy free opens could be found at the help yourself buffet. The restaurant surroundings are lovely.

The bar menu is super expensive for what you get. My 4 year old had chicken and fries from tge kids menu and it literally came with half a dozen french fries, no veg. The adult bar menu has a decent range of options but it is pretty expensive for what you get. Something to think about if you're not on a dinner bed & breakfast rate

The facility was clean and tidy. Good parking facilities. There could be more signs on what to do in case of a fire. The staff were very helpful with all my enquiries.

Location was great for our needs. The breakfast was ok and we were met with a smile by the host on duty. The staff on reception were very good.

Attention to detail by the management. For example bar staff weren't always around. Food trays and glasses were left outside rooms for several hours creating a hazard. A lot of noise from other rooms. People had spilt drinks and dropped food in the bar and it wasn't cleared up.

Right in the town centre, decent sized room with everything you need in it. Polite hosts. Easy check in. Expect noise from the outside though.

The bathroom was outside the room which was inconvenient and not advertised (it was private and we had a key but would've liked to know before booking). Window needs sealing properly (it wasn't cold but didn't help with the noise) and the floor was a bit dirty. The place does have everything you need, just wasn't really what we expected. Not ideal with a toddler either.

Confusing entry....when you pull in there's no entry ⛔ signs above the sign to tell you that's the entry to the hotel which is very confusing

At a very busy junction. Was so big it was like an airport. Check in was appalling and lengthy.
