Everything it was a really nice caravan it was cosy and comfortable. The kids liked playing on the play station, there was cleaning materials enough toilet rolls for our 3 nights stay there was ample kitchen utensils plates etc. The location is good near train stations etc the beach is lovely enjoyed watching the sun go down. The amenities on site were excellent the park has changed a lot since I was last there. Definitely recommended and I will be booking again soon 😊

The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable with a lovely view. Breakfast was excellent cooked and there were a variety of things to choose from. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

One of our party tripped and fell over the step into the lounge. The receptionist expected one of us to ring 111 but she was told it wasn't our job to do that. Didn't call a taxi for her to be taken to hospital, again 2 of our party took her. We quoted it was a health and safety issue that there should have been a sign saying mind the step or maybe put some tape along the step warning people but was told it doesn't go with the decor. Obviously the decor is more important than the guests. Cobwebs in the room and the pipes in the bathroom were not clean. We stayed in April and thought it was ok But would I stay there again? NO I don't think I would.

It didn’t have a microwave, a very minor inconvenience for us though. Also, only one set of keys which wasn’t great when you were coming home at different times as you needed a key for the main front door.
