  Nothing. The property was damp, mouldy and poorly ventilated. It was next to what I can only describe as a crack den! Grime everywhere, rips in furniture, shocking fixing of a hole in the ceiling. The above family also had similar issues. Whole property needs gutting.

  The condition of the property is awful! I could not use half the rooms because of awful damp. Damp on windows, damp marks on the ceilings, floorboards coming up and causing trip hazards. The smell of damp was awful. Absolutely awful property and I would never ever ever recommended it for anyone! The managers response to complaints was awful appalling. Essentially trying to bribe me with a small refund only if I wrote a positive review (which I'm guessing is why there are so many positives as they've clearly done it before). However I'm not easily bought! Disgusting property and disgusting behaviour from management. They've got an absolute cheek to charge so much and to call it luxury! DO NOT STAY HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT!

  Yvonne was a lovely host - helpful and friendly. The location great for the station and the city. Good information in the room. Great places to eat close by, and a lovely walk up Calton Hill right opposite. Delicious whisky in the room.

  Convenient riverside location, nice clean apartment, and good communication with owner/manager. (no on-site staff)

  Can hear sound from adjoining apartments, talking, footsteps, washing machines etc. Neighbours weren't overly noisy but just be aware if you're upset by external sounds.
