Room was small but comfortable. Comfortable bed, but as with most London hotels, very thin walls meaning you hear next door's everything. We really liked the different spaces in the reception area and used the bar/ cafe area - this is a great space to have when you're travelling as a group and not sharing a room. The breakfast was also good with decent variety. Reception staff were excellent, polite and friendly and were able to help with a change to my booking. Angel tube station is just round the corner making travel to and from the hotel easy, and the area has plenty of amenities nearby.

Though the bedroom itself was clean, the bathroom was in need of bleaching. There was mould growing between the tiles in the bathroom, the movable shower head was covered in grime, and under the rim of the toilet was very dirty. This was an expensive stay.

I asked for Towelling Slippers and they said your room category does not include slippers! It was very disappointing to see that a renowned hotel brand is unable to provide one of the standard facilities which even b&b homes give to their costumers nowadays. I also do not like the fact that they put car parking as a facility on the booking.com and they ask for extra money for it every night at reception.
