Lovely building and a friendly staff who always smiled and were happy to help. We were upgraded too which was a lovely surprise. Lovely room. Very comfortable bed. Good location in the city. We had a great breakfast with good coffee and lots of fresh items you don't get in other chains of hotels.

Good communication on booking. Wedding night so organised a room with a lovely view. Location is stunning. Rooms extremely sound proofed and of a large size & bed comfy.

Staff were ok but a little sullen. Room was not in a good state of repair. Door repair not finished, worn furniture( could do with a touch up) paint peeling from bathroom ceiling. Decor a little dated , no fridge, poor bathroom adds ( no shower cap/ face cloth or quality toiletries ), poor tea & coffee facilities

Charming, nicely decorated, ideally located b&b/home. V helpful owners, we enjoyed breakfast served to room, not had this experience before.

I think they should have a spa room for the ladies for example like nails beauty saloon bit or something when the men go to the gym etc that's the only issue there it would generate more revenue for the hotel an an business for you guys

For a four star rated apartment it was well short of the mark. Stains on the floor, kitchen bench and bedroom headboard. Bedroom door was warped and very hard to close. Internal power boards coming off the wall. Lack of internal front door safety lock. Fridge making high pitched noise all night. Bed smaller than advertised and linen was starchy and rough. Front door lock box had been attempted to be opened overnight. The number given to call to organise bag storage upon checkout was not answered on 3 different attempts across a 2hr window.

The only fault we had was there was now duvet for the pull out bed under the sofa. We had just pillows.
