The size of the apartment was very big, it was clean with plenty of beds and good cooking facilities. The location was great, quiet area and just a short walk away from deansgate and the locks. The host was great, he made sure we were very welcome and also was very helpful allowing us an early check in. He also was very polite and very easy to talk to. We would definitely stay again.

The only thing was the check in time of 6pm. Everywhere else we have stayed in Manchester was a check in before 3pm. But saying this, for a small fee you are allowed to check in earlier. Might be better explaining this on the booking.com website to be more clearer.

,Mentioned that going away for a anniversary and was welcomed to a banner and a bottle of bubbles, was unexpected and lovely, Tiff was amazing ringing up to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed everything, and on the last day gave us a ring to say thank you, very welcoming not far from anything at all great location, bed was massive and very comfy, 100% recommended.

The room was well presented, we asked for twin beds and the hotel accommodated the late request. Facilities were adequate and parking was secure. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety to choose from and the staff were very professional.

The caravan was lovely and clean very happy with it and would stay there again the only thing is the Location isn’t good for family’s without a car… Have to be well prepared. The caravan and campsite is good. But nothing close to campsite

Off the campsite the walk ways are terrible and and shops and such are miles away I would advice anyone going to this campsite to be well prepared with food etc or have spending money at the ready.

Easy parking and location was easy to find. It matches the pictures available on Google and nice country side.

There is no intercom phone . So to get anything including drinking water you have to go down to reception. The vacating time was 11am and around 10.40am when we were getting ready to leave, the maintainence staff knocked on the door and straight after that they opened the door and entered the room. That isn't appropriate.

One shower didn’t work and another was missing part of the door and there was an issue with the shower head, which meant everyone had to use a single shower.
