The house was a sparkle when we arrived and just felt like a high end hotel in a quite neighbourhood .The rooms the kitchen and bathroom never been into an airbnb of this level of excellence. You've set the bar and the standards am not going to recover thos one....that is what i expect going forward ..if its not the archway standards then thats for the highway...Enough of that now , the house was perfect for a young family and was very comfortable to stay....Keep the good work...and transform the airbnb world ........hip hip hurrray hip hip hurrray hip hip hurrray.....

The master bedroom needs a slightly bigger bed, and the microwave tortured everyone .. a manual at the residence or instructions to use would have helped a million times ...We never got the hang of it ,but all in all those are things that we dealt with internally ..

We stayed here three years ago when it was spotlessly clean. Sadly the return trip found the property in a really grubby state with cobwebs (large cobwebs which had been there for some time) on most windows, the carpets needing a thorough clean, one window with large cracks in the glass, the oven seal hanging off and a general decrepit air. We have raised the issues with the owner’s agent and Booking.com but haven’t yet had a resolution.

Situated at the Marine Parade, the location couldn't be better. Off street parking is very appreciated. The house looks beautiful and the rooms are comfortable. Vegan options for breakfast are no problem for Ken, who is the perfect host. He keeps discreetly back, but does everything, if you need help. And - surprise! - the room rates are very attractive for what you get.

This property was in a perfect location for me. In a quiet street and a short walk to the heart of the city. The room was beautifully furnished , immaculately clean and the bed was super comfortable.

It is close to Highway which is convenient and not overly noisy inside however the entry and exit from highway can be tricky.

Quality doesn’t match the price. We stayed twice and first time our feedback would have been excellent and second time we stayed unfortunately the experience started off already in the reception. Receptionist was arrogant, completely opposite from the first time we stayed. The property we stayed first time didn’t had spa area but was clean. Second property was not clean and we provided pictures on the way we left. Spa area not having an exit from the property is a bit odd… I would suggest to highlight this in the adverts since this was a disappointment once we saw.
