  The location, close to city center and 2 mn walk from the underground.

  The room and bathroom were not clean. Only 2 toilets and 2 showers in the same room for the whole floor. In the bathroom there are not enough hangers. There was 6 beds in our room where there should have been only 4. We couldn’t access the window, couldn’t open our lockers at the same time (not enough space). The lockers are not secure (even when locked one can access inside, and when it is locked the lid tends to fall on your head…). We were a group of 5 and had had written confirmation that we would all be together in the same room, but when we arrived we were told that they couldn’t accomodate us in one room.

  I booked via booking.com, when we got to hotel we paid for the room to the hotel, only to discover that we got charged again a week later, money taken out of my bank. I’ve never had this problem before, but it has really annoyed me.
