We like the double bed,modern TV with control, working fridge but we did not use, compliment tea/coffee with milk, electric hot water kettle, two drinking glasses, two mugs in a tray and the working toilet.

When we arrived there was a problem of leak in the property, and there was no cold water when we tried to brush our teeth. In the morning my hubby wanted to shower but he could not because there is no cold water. The shower room is quite low, if you are 6 feet you will find it hard to stand upright. When we arrived they were busy cooking and we could smell the food and the noise of the food processor, while we were trying to have a rest before we watch the show at O2 arena. I don't like the cleaning stuff next to the toilet, it could be stored in the central heating room. There is only one chair available to sit, I think it should be two.

Nothing I had to check into a travel lodge as they lied about superior king room having a private bathroom!!! When it’s actually was shared between 4 rooms and not what I paid £143 a night for.

Lack of honesty from the manager passing the buck and giving me a mobile number that I actually called 24 hours ago and still no response. I demand my money back as it’s not what you pay for and I wasn’t the only person with the same complaint yesterday. How quick will I get my money back.

The best scrambled eggs! The breakfast staff were lovely. Beautiful Georgian property with a fabulous sweeping staircase. Extremely quiet being at the top and back of the property.

Very friendly staff, good location, a bit far out of town but easy accessible by public transport (bus station nearby and tube station not too far away).

The room is really small, there was a tiny TV which is so small that I cannot imagine anyone would ever use it and it wasted the already limited space even more:)

Only one receptionist who also had to deal with telephone enquiries. Beers were few in choice. Charged to use the car park which should have been included in the fee.

We are vegetarians and were not made aware until the next day that we would have to order this the night before so we just had eggs and toast for both days. not sure how difficult it is to swap a veggie sausage for a meat version! apart from that all went well...

Dirty room windows filthy two single beds pushed together very uncomfortable pilliows awful the whole room felt unclean. Noise coming from other rooms as walls are like paper. The next morning being right near the car park staff talking loudly no consideration of guests sleeping in the rooms nearby
