It’s really close to the main square, train and walkable to the bus station. The staff were lovely and they let me store my bag while I did an isle of Skye tour. Everything is new and clean and secure. The room service was great. Beds were really comfortable and supportive, I slept well here.

The house was absolutely beautiful. Sarah was an amazing host… my room was just stunning.. really comfortable bed.. amazing balcony view. The pancake breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend.

Location was excellent. Tram stop at the end of the road and an easy walk into the high street in Cleveleys. The house was clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Sofa's were a little uncomfortable as were some of the beds. This is just a matter of preference though really and wouldn't put us off staying again.

The surroundings were breathtaking - from the pond to the forest walks with unexpected outdoor play/climbing equipment for our older children. Fantastic stay!

The carpet was a bit dirty in my room and the radiator was on full blast on a hot evening. It said there was parking available at the hotel but when I got there, all the spaces were full and I had to park on the street.

The mattress had springs digging into you and not comfortable at all! There were VERY strange stains on the carpets, as I work in hospitality including working in housekeeping when there was a shortage. The rooms were dated and the windows didn’t shut properly and the bathroom was not the best, there was what looked like short and curly hairs if you get my drift on the toilet seat and on the floor, as well at dark hairs everywhere on the beds carpets and bathroom floor when we had blonde hair so it obviously wasn’t ours.

The check in was very poor, huge line. The room was basic very basic poor deco The shower was a major issue, poor pressure kept turning off. Worst shower I’ve ever had!!! Breakfast was basic The member of staff on reception when I checked out was rude, dismissive and very in helpful. I would never stay here again
