Really friendly welcome by Celine, and info given about nearby restaurants. Very good breakfast, including the choice of Manx skippers (to be pre-ordered). Our room was quiet , and had a very clean bathroom. We were asked if we needed our tea ,coffee-making facilities topped up.

Our room was very small, and although it was a twin room as requested, it was an L shape, so one single bed was not in the sight line of the tv!! Bathroom was Very compact.

The rooms were comfortable, clean and full of charm. The kitchen was well stocked and the overall ambiance was very nice. Location was great, quiet, restaurants within walking distance. Check-in was seamless.

The place was nice. It's a shame I've given it a bad review. The review is aimed at the company that manages this property (Prim Short Stays).

They way Prim Short Stays go about getting your information is very intrusive. They even wanted my children's names. Surely, that's not acceptable. I was made to feel like I was some sort of criminal with the number of questions I was asked. Plus, a £200 deposit is ridiculous.

Disappointed with the facilities. Very surprised to only get 2 towels with a note that if we wanted more we would have to pay for it. There was no hand towel in the bathroom, or face washer. There were no T towels in the kitchen or an oven glove. guess if we cooked or used the oven we would have to use our towels. Would have loved a cup of tea on our arrival but there was no welcome milk or anything. There were no wine glasses. The lift did not work when we were there so had to carry suitcases up and downstairs. The bedding cover and pillow cases looked unwashed and the bed was rock hard. Very uncomfortable

The lobby - Room (breakfast room) has much potential, but at the moment is a little sad. We didn't feel "at home". Be careful with the rebuilding - clients keep their first impression. Lots of potential. Go ahead.
