I was getting a bit nervous about the property because of some of the iffy reviews and how seedy it looks on Google Maps satellite, so I was pleasantly surprised to find a really nice, spacious, up to date, clean and smart apartment which was easy to get into and where everything worked (including the lift, in case you're worried about being on the 5th floor!). The view from the living room is great, the area is close to the Cathedral Quarter and a 20 minute walk away from the bus station. The area felt safe, the graffiti was really cool and the pub across the road has a great garden and does pizzas, although we didn't try them. The kitchen in the flat was great for cooking breakfast, which was all we did, and there was coffee tea, oil and condiments left over from previous occupants, which was pretty handy, and we left 3 toilet rolls!

My bed was a bit lumpy but was better when we turned the mattress round. It would have been much better for us if the double had been another twin but the sofa bed was reasonably comfy. Never can understand why it's so hard to find twin beds in apartments. The shower could be better but it worked and was hot. I didn't like paying the £250 deposit on a site outside of Booking.Com but I did get it back within 2 or 3 days. I found all their checking in and out emails/texts a bit much and a bit confusing but, overall, it was great value for money and I'd recommend it.

Excellent location and spacious room. This was right next to the "parade" in Ft William, with lots of shops and restaurants within a minute or two walk. Our GPS took us to the backside of the building and we had to navigate around to get to the parking, but it worked out. We loved the stone exterior.

The furnishings were dated and threadbare in locations. The comforter had a fairly large hole in it. Everything still felt very clean and comfortable, but perhaps less luxurious. We paid for the breakfast, which I would honestly skip. It was fine, but for the price, I'm sure you could get something better nearby.

The glamping dome was lovely and beautifully decorated inside. There were lots of added extras like bath robes, snacks and shoes to wear outside.

One of the loungers outside was broken and it would’ve benefitted from some citronella candles to keep the bugs at bay in the evening.

Room was very dated & dusty, smelt musty and damp. Very basic and didn’t look like the pictures. No air conditioning and windows just about opened. Despite emails regarding an upgrade, with this costing £109 per night we expected better standards for the room we chose and didn’t feel we needed to upgrade for a further cost based on the pictures advertised.
