The location was good. Bed was comfortable. Working tv with Netflix. Kettle, toaster and microwave are new and clean. If this property didn’t smell as bad as it does, the room would be ok. It’s basic and budget friendly. Someone really needs to do something about the smell.

There is a very potent smell. I had to buy a plug in air freshener to try and mask it. There is a MASSIVE gap above and under the door which allows the smell to come in to the room. The smell is coming from either the take away or the other boarders upstairs. You have to side ways on the toilet as the wall is too close for your knees to fit, the bathroom is like a cupboard. The cleaning standards are questionable. The entrance to the property was very off putting, unclean and very shabby.

I'm a regular customer, and the receptionist Louisiana tries to accommodate me in the preferred room when available. Rooms are always clean and breakfast has everything you need.

Staff treated me like I was a three year old (I know how to use a keypad lock, I don't need to demonstrate it to you before I am allowed the code!). Room was very tired, could do with a lick of paint. There was a kettle but it didn't fit under the tap in the shared bathroom so you had to take the kettle with you and fill it with a cup. A little niggle I know but annoying. Not a good night's sleep as there was no carpets anywhere so anybody coming and going sounded like they were wearing clogs. Also not good if you have any mobility issues.

The rooms need to be cleaned. Nets of spiders were everywhere inside the rooms.
