beautiful location, what a amazing B&B! we really enjoyed our stay, everything was great! the breakfast was perfect (the kids thought so too) what a choice, both sweet and savory and lots of it from our own kitchen, pastries, croissants, fresh fruit... delicious! Best breakfast of our holiday. There was a glass of whiskey in the room, but also a bottle of juice and homemade shortbread for the children! you notice that everything has been thought through, the owners want to distinguish themselves and do so in a nice way. It's the little things that stand out and, in our opinion, these are what make this a unique location. sweet, pure and helpful sincere owners who are proud of their beautiful place. always room for a chat and good advice about the area. the rooms are very nice, stylish and spotlessly clean. and congrets with Celtic! recommended! 10/10!!

Thanks to Alessandra at the front desk for her fantastic service and hospitality. The room she moved us to was outstanding. The bed, toiletries, towels, slippers, everything was superb quality. Housekeeping staff were absolutely fantastic, and so was bartender Luigi at the American Bar. Alessandra and Mandy at reception, and also the man at reception on the day I checked out, were all fantastic. Basically mostly everyone was fab, and the concierge guys are as usual absolutely fantastic, especially the man in the bowler hat (sorry did not get a chance to ask for his name) is such a lovely man. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The only letdown at this beautiful hotel was the food was not that good. I was presented with a lemon in muslin netting that didn’t have any juice when I squeezed it, and when I opened up the muslin to see if it was the fabric, I found the lemon had totally dried up and at the stage where it had nearly gone off. Even when this was happily replaced, it should never have been served to me by a professional kitchen at a top London hotel. The poached eggs at breakfast also had white liquid oozing out, basically raw / not cooked well. When pointed out, the man in the suit told me that I should know not to order poached, and to order hard cooked next time LOL!!! The kitchen just did not seem very good. Whenever I made any simple special requests, such as asking for the juice of half a lemon in warm water, or when asking for no chilli in the ribs, the kitchen did not and could not accomodate these basic, simple special requests at all.

The hotel was both comfortable & truly accommodating. Staff were friendly, polite & informative. Breakfast excellent. Lower bar & evening facilities good. Even managed to park my car successfully during my stay overnight, though limited parking - very pleased for the camera security this enabled, during the day this was often not possible - but overall sufficient for my needs.

Day car parking limited - but not really a problem as I had 'other' personal business' elsewhere during the day.

The cottage is centrally located in the lovely town of Winchcombe from where you can walk all around town. The hosts are great and provided all the necessary information in advance to make our stay as comfortable as it could be.

I liked the gothic atmosphere, for once the pictures did not lie. Spooky and cute at the same time, remarkably clean and spacious.

Not easy to recognise from the road. The driveway that should suffice for two cars is actually cut by the small brick wall, so I had to park diagonally and I received a message that repeated the "parking rules". Later the host confirmed that no other car was due.

Lovely comfortable apartment, nice and clean and great views of London. Perfect location for King's College Hospital.

There is no tv which may upset some people. A little difficult to shave without a mirror above the sink.

Tired building, needs a good clean and the adjoining suite door between mine and room next door must have been made of paper as could hear his TV etc word for word.
