Staff were absolutely first class service,homely & hospitality from them was 10/10 I have nothing at all negative to say & certainly will be back & the view from garden was priceless especially on a sunny day ✨ but 1 get one free on cocktails for guests,fabulous 💃 oh

Our private bathroom was on the corridor wasn't an issue for us,maybe was an issue for fellow guests hearing us up and down during the night like a couple of elephants but was no biggy wasn't even worth mentioning 🌞

All to be honest! The staff were really friendly, my room was small but just enough for me, the bed was comfy, had no issues getting in and out and all of this was in a great location for a good price. Also, this hotel has a garden, which is a bonus for London.

This location has spectacular views of the Cornish coast - a truly remarkable location. The dining room was lovely and the light breakfast was delicious and generous.

The whole place. Parking was a fiasco to start the stay. Numerous people checking in early and we ere all given a very rude explanation there was no parking available for us even though I’d checked a few days before. Parking availability was a major reason we booked this hotel some 6 months ago. Whole place was a disaster and very run down. Looked like black mould on bathroom window, lifts were dodgy. Noisy as well. It had to rate amongst the worst experiences for us in 4 long trips to the UK over the years.
