I liked the fact that the property was well geared for travellers looking for a restful stay prior to their flight from Heathrow airport. It was efficiently run with excellent food and service which made our last night in the UK and our access to an early flight at Heathrow a lot more stress free. The value for cost of the room, quality of service, food and facilities was outstanding.

Beautiful setting and staff very helpful. We were a family group staying before my son’s wedding at another venue nearby. I had two wedding cakes and was concerned as very hot day. I was offered and accepted for the cakes to be kept in the hotel fridge. Huge relief and cakes were perfect for wedding the next day.

Our only criticism would be the bedrooms were hot, but it was very hot weather at the time.

Upon arrival I was told that we had been given an upgrade to a family room This “upgrade “ was actually a small double, which had the bed pushed against the wall and bunk beds added. . Definitely not an “upgrade” when I told the manager just before checking our next morning he said it was an upgrade. However after a polite conversation he agreed that perhaps it was not!
