According to reviews, I was expecting a poor communication, but I have to write, that it was really great. There was no problem at all. Instructions very straight forward. We could leave our baggage in apt. before check-in, which was really nice... The view from windows is very nice! 2 bathrooms! Location in 2 minutes wakling distance to undergroung! Market in the building, restaurants in close distance.. brilliant!

Unfortunately, there were also downsides. Cleanness of the place was really a poor one. Dishwasher destroyed and stinky... Coockware, very basic. Pictures of the place do not correspond with current state.. Bunk beds very basic. Noisy. Ladder to the top bed unusable and turned to the wall, so you can not use it (????). No extra bags for trash. No dish-cloth Apartment for 8 but only 2 chairs.. window blinds destroyed... It is pity, because this apartment has a very nice potential..

Very convenient to St Pancras Station especially if you're catching the Eurostar. Rooms are small but clean and tidy.

It’s a good location near to Cardiff centre. It was clean and had most the bits and bobs you needed.

When we first arrived it’s obvious the street is quite run down, and the rubbish from whoever stayed previously was just black bagged outside and left there our whole stay (It says to leave all rubbish out the front on the check out message which is really odd as collections are only once every few weeks?). It got picked open by some type of animal and rubbish was everywhere. The code we got given to enter was wrong when we first arrived so had to ring. The house is very small and isn’t really fit for six people to stay in our opinion. The area does feel quite unsafe with people spilling out of the pub down the road and arguing/hanging around outside. Overall we wouldn’t come back here but thank you for our stay.

The maitre d’ on 22nd June was too direct ( even a little rude) to his staff and even customers. He clearly has no positive” customer facing” skills. Everyone else was very nice.

No air con in the triple room, was very stuffy. The wet room style shower was bit grubby as well,
