Large comfortable bedroom, table and chair sitting area, a desk and a settee gave a space for all needs. Bathroom spacious with walk in shower and large thick towels. Breakfast good mix of continental and full English. Food available in bar was excellent quality. plenty of space in the car park. nice view even though we faced inland.

Shower pressure a little disappointing considering rainfall type of head and too close to the wall requiring you to get right up to the controls. Separate shower on side did give alternative. Only eggs on offer at breakfast was scrambled. If alternatives were available there was nothing to indicate this. Decor in bar was mixed and some chairs and tables appeared cheap and shabby and out of character with the hotel.

Well located, clean, comfortable and easy to access. Great kitchen with essentials provided which was an added bonus (tea, coffee, cereal and milk). Bedroom comfortable with enough storage and hanging space for clothes. Perfectly suits a couple.

Couldn’t seem to open bathroom window. Internet dropped out periodically but these are minor issues in a lovely apartment. Would stay again.

Lovely place to stay. Comfortable rooms. Great shower with plenty of hot water. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent hot breakfast menu, plus self service cereals, fruit, nuts, yogurt etc. Garden with tables and chairs.

Being disabled I found the three front steps very difficult as they are high. There isn't another entrance. My fault for not checking when I asked about a ground floor room as I couldn't do stairs.

The beds were really comfy, but the double one did have a raised spring that could be felt.

Little concerned the windows opened as wide as they did, as we were on the third floor! Also the toilet seat was loose.

For a family room you would think they would provide a small fridge to store milk in for your child. Found a silver fish bug crawling over my child's high chair. Told a member of staff and all she could say was "oh" and walked away. So we had to just crush the bug and walk away. Having a microwave in the room would benefit a small family. Some staff were lovely but some were rude and we found them quite sarcastic. All you could hear at night, was the vent outside which was extremely loud. Gutted really about this experience. Wouldn't say it's child friendly and facilities that could have been there were not. Even if they had a microwave downstairs or a fridge where you could write your room number on. Something would have been better than having to warm milk up in a boiling hot kettle.
