The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Right away, we were told where we could park our car, and we were also told that we were welcome to leave it on our last day in the city after checking out. The room was spacious with large windows letting in lots of light. There was also a sink in the room which was very convenient. The complimentary breakfast was very nice with a wide variety of items. All the staff wore a kilt and sporran in the mornings, so it clearly caters to tourists, but this wasn't off-putting or overdone. The most fun part though, was the Scottish music every evening in the front room! I wouldn't have cared if the music was particularly Scottish or not- live music is always a plus in my book.

My only gripe with the room was the old carpet which was coming up in corners and could stand to be replaced. The bathrooms were also rather far from the front room where we stayed.

Location nice and quiet, easy to drive to with large car park, although entrance to car park is quite narrow between two buildings, check in was a nice surprise the receptionist showed me to our room and took me to the residents lounge that had free Costa coffee available. Evening meal was as expected and breakfast as good as any we’ve ever had. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The beer garden is very spacious with an outdoor bar.

Nothing, although some people don’t like dogs being allowed in the dining room, but this won’t stop us from using this pub again in the future.

Booking company very communicative and entry easy. Apartment very clean and well decorated and furnished. Facilities good. On the famous Sauchihall Street in a fine old building. Very convenient for food, the park and galleries. On the tour bus route.

When booking quite a palaver of a verification process with Superhog(eventually had to phone up) and a non-refundable damage waiver. The apartment is in the half-basement of a pretty scruffy building - the area outside and the hall and landing are fairly dismal and give a poor first impression.

Breakfast was excellent and the location is very good with the Botanic gardens nearby.

Our room was a little small, but friendly staff moved us to a bigger room, very happy 😊

Easily accessible to & from the city center- free parking and a short bus journey.

Little dilapidated, could do with a bit of TLC. Foyer and corridors smelt a little stagnant but the rooms were clean

No one to speak to at the foyer. Average rooms but good value . One towel only for two people. The big turn of and really big was our room smelled badly of smoke and vapes and if we hadn’t been so hustled at checkin or we had time we would have moved rooms or hotels .
