Easy to find, seamless check-in. Parking was not too difficult. Host was responsive. Location was a walk down to the beach, lots of eateries nearby too. What more can I say about the place? It's is exactly like the picture! Very cosy, private outdoor patio for tea time. Will recommend to anyone visiting Brighton! Ps. They have an instagram page 😄

Location was quiet, residential, but very close to St Katherine’s dock and tower bridge, one of our most favourite areas, parking space included. Hosts/Agents were very helpful and quick to respond to any queries

Our room was not serviced on our last day which is disappointing considering you are there for a break and not to do basic housekeeping. There appeared to be a staff shortage but was not communicated to us . This was reported to the reception, but this was the last I heard.Unable to speak to anyone face to face on day of departure, electronic check out nobody at the front desk.

It's a great location. We only have a light breakfast and that was ample for us. But full breakfast if you wanted one.

Bathroom was not that clean. Towel rail was very dirty and dusty as were corners of the floor. Shower curtain had blue gel on it. Hoping for improvement next time we visited in August.

Lighting was atrocious especially in the bathroom. No lighting around mirror over basin so difficult to shave or apply make-up. Similar for bedroom mirror. One bedside light was broken. Sofa on same wall as tv so impossible to sit, have a cup of tea and watch TV. Sofa bed had seen better days and uncomfortable to sit on. Overall, decor was dreary and need of attention; especially lots of chipped paint. Rather stay a night than a week.

We paid for club room with access plus a room which didn’t have access we were put on the same floor but couldn’t access club room it was too late to do anything that evening do reported to desk in the morning.
