Room was nice and clean, breakfast was lovely and we had an evening meal in the hotel that was so nice we couldn't eat a pudding we was that full. The location was great everything so near not far to walk in to town. It was great this hotel had a car park once you paid you just leave your car there for the duration of your holiday no need to use it like I said everything is so near for you.

friendly greeting on arrival, managed to park right outside. we had a room right at the top which gave us the best views ever, a big wow from both of us. can't fault the hotel in any way. breakfast was excellent. all the staff were great. we will definitely be going back.

Decor is cool, bed was comfortable, room was small (like every dwelling in London) but well appointed. Had a great experience, would absolutely stay there again. Easy to get from/to Heathrow on the Hotel Hoppa.

Bathroom had a fairly large stain on the counter and in the sink. Looked like someone had spilled brown paint on it. I tried scrubbing it and couldn't get it off, which was when I realized it was paint, not dirt. The room was very clean otherwise.

Sue was a great host and ensured that all our needs were covered. The accommodation and facilities were excellent and we had a very comfortable stay.

Hotel was lovely staff very friendly lovely and clean and perfect location the only minus was the constant noise of banging doors we stayed in room 2203 and let’s just say lots of visitors passing to get to rooms and also as fire doors the banging extra loud I understand it was bank holiday and hotel was full but not good when no sleep through this but apart from that everything was lovely
