The Staffs are fantastically fantastic. Security personnel very helpful and engaging The checking staff (Ema) is nice and personality towards guests are great with us and arriving guests. she even help with the knowledge of the environs offering us maps for guidance. Thanks guys we are definitely coming back with the whole family. The takeaways shops are near by and staffs helps when requested. Tea and coffee machine in the lobby was a great big onus in this property. Please keep it up!

Hotel reception is really nice with a lovely bar area but the rooms are a little scruffy with scuffed walls, old carpets, single glazed windows and the door handle had some kind of googey thing all over which wasn’t great! Beds really comfortable and bathroom very clean except the black mould sticking out of the tap.

Quite loud at night to be expected given location. Ideal location, arrived by train and visited ABBA Voyage in evening. Was room only so cannot comment on breakfast/ restaurant.
