- “Baan Thai House is a really beautiful hotel set in really lovely grounds. We booked 2 rooms which were both absolutely lovely and one of the rooms had the bonus of an outdoor shower. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. We really loved the pool area which was well maintained with plenty of sun beds and a beautiful setting by the river. The staff were wonderful; extremely friendly and very helpful. We booked a sunset river tour through the hotel which was excellent and were dropped off at the night market for food. They also arranged a transfer back to Bangkok too. The hotel is a short tuk tuk or taxi ride to the main sights and we liked the fact it was tucked away in a lovely quiet area surrounded by well maintained gardens and a lovely lake. Would definitely stay here again!”

  For the price, all was great. Honestly nothing bad at all. We were a bit worried about the noise of the disco downstairs but at bang on 11pm the music shut off and everyone went quickly and quietly home. Was really impressive and much appreciated!

  There was no breakfast available on our Sunday checkout. We hadn't paid for one but the option would have been nice.

  Lovely pub with friendly and helpful staff I travelled with my dog who was made to feel very welcome too. Breakfast was amazing and I had family eat there one night and the food was very good Fabulous walking and friendly locals

  The hostess was very kind and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable. The croissants were delicious and the room decoration was cosy. Both the room and the bathroom were very spacious.

  It’s situation, close to the tram stop for access to the city. It’s free parking. Very comfortable accommodation.

  Our room was on the top floor up five flights of stairs, 66 steps! my husband and I are fit and able but it was hard going taking bags etc up to the room. We had views of roofs, it was very hot and there wasnt much information about the heating etc. I was disappointed as it was a treat for my husband. We were woken up very early with seagulls on the roof as literally we were just below the roof. I wouldnt stay here again unless i was guaranteed a better located room. The room did have everything we needed, but just badly located. I also felt away from the rest of the hotel.
