Easy to park, comfortable beds, great shower, loved the light up mirrors, quiet location, not too far to walk to shops, bars, and other attractions, North and West beaches, pier, Orme etc. Plenry of plug sockets. Nice kitchen, everything you need in there. Good tv, collection of Dvds and games for the family. Didn't need to contact the host for anything which is a good thing as there was nothing else we needed and didn't have any problems during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic location, lovely rooms and very clean. Lots of tea, coffee, milk and reception happy to give extra. Beds really comfy. View of the pleasure beach from our room was really good. The staff are very friendly and always happy to help. They were really lovely with the kids. The reception area is nice and welcoming and the restaurant and food was excellent. Great overall trip thank you. Fantastic value for money. Would definately recommend.

Location is close to the city center, you can visit all the touristic spots by foot. If you won’t be spending much time in the room and prioritize proximity and price, you might consider it.

The room is very small. There were molds on the bathroom ceiling. You might not find hot water for showering anytime you want. The staff is polite and willing to help. Even though we arrived after check-in time, the room wasn’t ready, but thry quickly provided another room that was ready. Be very careful of motorbike thieves in London and avoid openly using your phone while walking or sitting in a cafe. Our phone was stolen by a motorbike thief while we were smoking outside the hotel, and the police couldn’t locate the thieves. Night shift staff was helpful in this incident.

Very nice breakfast cooked to order. Beautiful surroundings. Good pub within a five minute walk. Not far from Frome or Wells or Wookey Hole. Friendly, welcoming staff.

Lovely boutique feel to the hotel. Check in was smooth and easy. Friendly staff. Clean lovely accessible lounge area. Shower gel was lovely!

I would like someone to contact me as i am just back from annual leave to see photos of this accomodation which is horrendous. Dirty pillows, bed sheets, curtains, bugs in the bed and guy was bitten and still trying to get rid of it He eventually went out and slept in vehicle after being bitten many times all over Really appaling
