After using the premier inn in gosport this place was like a palace , great staff , very clean , great breakfast ..... I would recommend this place to others and will be booking to stay here from now on .... Also fairly close to the Bus/Coach station so excellent over all

as it is an old building it is bound to have its quirks , creaking floorboards .... the room doors (fire doors) could use some fire resistant padding between the door and the frame to help soften the doors noise at night

Staff seem fed up and in no hurry. Paid for parking at 12pm, then when I checked in at 4 pm, I found my registration plate had been entered wrong. Stood in reception for 45 minutes trying to check in as staff were very slow. No apologies or acknowledgement from staff for the wait or even for the third time when checking out finding my car STILL had not been entered correctly in the system to cover me for parking. Room was tiny and filthy, curtains stained, stains in toilet, lots of marks on the walls, cushions on bed looked like they hadn't been washed in years and the door looked like it had been kicked in and never fully replaced as no extra lock on the door. Overall really disappointing experience and completely over priced for what you get.
