Our room was really cosy and fantastic value for money! The staff were all really friendly and helpful. We had a roast dinner on Sunday which was really good and a fair price and breakfast in the morning was perfect, lots of options and good quality food.

I booked comfort double room. The room was clean and nice. The front desk staff Amit was excellent in getting us checked in and he equally helped us in getting around. The F& B staff Sakuba was equally amazing in helping us.

1. You need to be cautious when booking the room as it can be at the basement level. Which I don’t prefer. I prefer upper floor. So if you don’t prefer basement level room, ensure you check before booking. 2. The shower does not have a complete door making the water to come out and the bathroom can be wet. The door for the bathroom is shared with wardrobe door. So you either close the bathroom or the wardrobe .

I had a terrible headache on the Sunday night, shops were already closed and I had forgotten my own medication. Luckily I was able to get some at the hotel from the friendly staff.

Breakfast hot selection was a little sparce, only one item ordered was given. Most places give 2 unless otherwise stated.

Fabulous location. Simple design but sufficient. Everything works! Well insulated with excellent double glazing. Good big towels. Great tea, coffee, hot chocolate drink station.

The toilet in our room didn't work and the maintenance person went to our room and said it was working but it wasn't when we tried to use it and the staff did nothing about it. They made us stay in that room rather than call the maintenance staff back or change our rooms.

When we arrived there was linen going in washing machine & dryer, that went for 3 hrs, which we were unhappy about, as we had a long day waiting to get into accommodation after arriving after a 24hr flight. The taps were broken in bathroom. We came home 1 day to see someone had been in room . Got a rude reply when asked if I could get early checkin. Would not recommend.

Getting woken up with somebody entering our room at night (never slept a wink on the second night of our stay would like a refund)
