Fantastic location close to Stanstead airport. Lovely rustic setting in tranquil garden able to leave car for duration of holiday fantastic sole use roll top bathroom in a period property. Owner exceptionally helpful left us a wonderful selection of vegan friendly continental breakfast items.

Could not fault at all. Homely setting where owner lives in a separate part of building if you are looking for the usual commercial feeling of a travel lodge type accommodation this is not the setting for you.

The apartment is in a good location and contains everything you need. The washing machine was a god send. The communication from Steve was very helpful.

Finding the right key box to obtain the keys was a bit difficult as there was no red stripe as per the instructions, and the key box is very hard to open. This was quickly sorted once Steve was contacted. The doors are very squeaky and could use a bit of work.

The location are very good, and apartment are comfortable with appropriate furniture and resource. The are nice space on the rooms and bath room.

The parking not working for us, since you need to have the application to park in the space mentioned on the welcome email, but this app is restricted to the UK residents, and i cannot download the application and i cannot park on the spaces mentioned on the email. I park on the Duke Street Car park (around 500 mts from hotel) that are the best option (expend 6.00 per 13 hours).

Location is great, easy access. In comparison to other hotels around the area, this is spacious and more like a hotel set up.

The room was beautifully decorated with the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in. It was in a great location and easy to find

Rooms were very small, bed was placed against the wall on 1 side with just enough room to walk past. No hairdryer, no kettle or tea/coffee making facilities. No glasses in the room to even get a drink of water. No lift even though most rooms were upstairs (we had heavy bags as we were on a 3 week trip from the other side of the world). There is a £5 charge PER BAG to leave your bag before or after check in/out! Staff weren’t too talkative, no helpful advice on anything regarding getting around London, the local area etc…

Location to london was great and I asked for a quiet room so was put right at the lower edge of the building.

The noise levels coming through the adjoining door and the bed had seen better days and the fact I couldn’t get the telephone to work to speak to reception.
