The location is fantastic! It's just off concert square, I was able to pop back and drop off my jacket and meet my friends back in the bar in the same time it took them to get the next round. The room was modern and spacious and even though we went in an usually warm time, there was a fan provided. Staff were lovely and door man on the evening was also great - not on a power trip like some places I've stayed. We didn't sample the breakfast but the facilities looked great for that too, with good long timings (wish we had now). The bathroom was an excellent size especially for the price and shower was brilliant (toiletries were provided too)!

There wasn't an iron, which if you're there for longer than a night might be an issue.

We recently stayed at a lovely 3-bedroom holiday house near Banbury for a company project. The house was spacious with a large living room and an artificially grassed garden, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Everything was exactly as described and very clean. The host was professional and ensured we had everything we needed. Additionally, the location was convenient, with local restaurants and shops just a short distance away. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would highly recommend this property to others.

Staff were very friendly and helpful with questions. Best part of the experience. Location was excellent for my visit--near London University and the British Museum. Loved the small parks found on nearly every other block! There is a little deli-sort of store just down the block that had excellent coffee and omelets in the morning.

The room was bright and clean--small which is to be expected in London, but more comfortable than the last two at which I've stayed. No complaints other than it's London and you're going to pay more if you want more.

The staff were very nice and really helpful. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony. We could see the pier from the window and the balcony. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. Overall really loved my stay here.

The old building - exposed beams and roof support in our room, high airy ceilings. As well as our very small bedroom we had a (minimally equipped) spacious kitchen, with seats and a low table. Fantastic central location

The window in the bedroom was high in the roof, could open it but couldn’t see out.

The room exceeded my expectations, it was an adequate size and the kettle was a bonus as we had a VERY early start the next morning. Nice bathroom too. Location is perfect for an early Eurostar departure.
