      The location is perfectly positioned and the hotel and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious clean and the beds very comfortable. Our stay was very short and we wished we could have stayed a little longer. Recommended.

      No instructions were given to collect the keys even though we received a message that instructions would be received. When we called the owner he was rude and told us we should have called. We had to walk to another area to collect our keys.

      The beds were broken, curtains not hung properly, no toilet paper, the balcony door can't close so permanently stayed half wat open, stuck in it's position. Bathrooms were dirty No linen provided for the pull our sleeper

      Location to shops, public transport, could store luggage, laundry service, place to have a coffee and a light meal.

      Bathroom, need a better shower arrangement eg curtain. Floor became quite wet after a shower. We didn’t like room service staff, they were wanting us to depart our room on 2 occasions prior to checkout time of 12pm. We had mentioned this on checkout and were apologised to by the desk several times.

      The room is simply too small for couple . We can’t even open 2 luggage at one time . The corridor is narrow & up & down a small stair case which is a bit of troublesome to carry up and down the luggage

      The fact the lift wasn’t working was a nightmare for us! Yes we got notified 2 weeks before the lift wasn’t work but I thought that by the time we got there, it would be fixed(plenty of time) . That wasn’t the case. First of all there was no out of order sign on the lift so when you first walked into the hotel your stood there waiting for a lift that’s never coming as it’s broke. Then I get put on the top floor- 6 flights of stairs with a 2 year old and a buggy! Absolutely joke. Surely they could see with my booking that I had a child and to allocate me a room on the first floor. We wasn’t the only family put on the top floor with babies! Surely it’s common sense! Clearly not with this hotel. Not as if they was any staff afford to help people worn carrying luggage anyway!
